Swedish and Relaxation Massage
The primary focus of restorative Swedish massage is to help clients enter a state of deep relaxation, allowing their bodies and minds to unwind. This is done by quieting the nervous system, cueing deep breathing, and increasing awareness of body tension. The body is always looking to heal itself and this treatment helps promote this natural process.
 

Post-Workout Massage
Post-workout massage is geared towards anyone who exercises and has specific chronic or acute injuries. Post-Workout massage is equally beneficial for someone who has very tight tissue requiring increased pressure. 

Rates:

  • 60 Min - $150 + HST ($169.50 total)

  • 75 Min - $167.50 + HST ($189.28 total)

  • 90 Min - $185 + HST ($209.05 total)

Cancellation policy:

  • Missed appointments and cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session rate.

Direct billing is not available. Clients will be provided a receipt that can be used for insurance billing purposes.
