Functional Strength and Mobility Training

Functional strength training is geared towards increasing strength and general physical preparedness. In addition to working toward clients' goals, we will identify and target training areas that one may not have known they needed (ex. grip strength, single-leg stability, etc.). Sessions will focus on strengthening and building muscles using body weight and weighted movements.

Mobility training focuses on increasing flexibility, strength, and control. The mobility exercises I offer help to increase one's active range of motion, primarily opening up the hips, shoulders, and spine. Although it may take some time to see results, the benefits are endless once a base is developed.

Beginner-Intermediate Handstand Training
In beginner handstand training, we will learn how to catch/enter a handstand, as well as bail safely. We will also work on the strength and flexibility needed to build endurance in the handstand position. 

Intermediate handstand training will focus on building shapes from a handstand position, including straddle, tuck, diamond, pike, presses from the floor, and handstand pushups.

Rates per hour:​
PRIVATE: $120 + HST ($135.60 total)

SEMI-PRIVATE: $80 + HST per person ($90.40 total per person)

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full session rate.
