Everyone knows that training improves quality of life, but the psychological benefits go beyond the physical ones. I find this process of transformation very rewarding.

I strongly believe in keeping things straightforward. There are countless ways to train, though some things remain the same for all approaches to fitness. Number one is consistency, and the second is effort. I have had the opportunity to work with many people of varying abilities, and I've come to learn how to safely and effectively strengthen people's bodies. My style focuses on getting the body to work as one unit to help you become more confident and comfortable within yourself, whether your goal is to become more stable, flexible or stronger. I’ve trained people who have lost the ability to walk, and brought them back to walking. I have helped others get their first pull up and beyond. Training doesn’t need to be intimidating or overly complicated. One step at a time, one breath at a time, and we all get to where we’re meant to be.

My goal is to help clients develop a better relationship with their bodies and to improve how they feel through movement and manual therapy, experiencing the benefits of moving with ease, feeling more capable in their bodies, and living with less pain. I believe that improving our relationship with our bodies leads to an improved relationship with our whole environment and with others.
